1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is:

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so under Article 37 GDPR. Data protection enquiries go to info@radovin.online.

2. What we actually process

2.1 Server access logs

Like every web server, ours writes a log line each time a file is requested. Each line contains:

• your IP address;
• the date and time of the request;
• the address of the page or file requested, and the HTTP method and status code;
• the number of bytes sent;
• the referring address, if your browser sent one;
• your browser’s user-agent string.

Purpose: operating the site, diagnosing faults, and detecting abuse such as scraping or attack traffic.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in running a secure and functioning website.
Retention: log files rotate daily and are kept for approximately 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
We do not use these logs to build a profile, to measure audiences, or to target advertising, and we do not combine them with any other source.

2.2 E-mail you send us

If you write to us, we process your address, your message and anything you include in it, for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of how it was handled. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a request you have made.

2.3 Advertising parameters in the URL

If you reach this site from an advertisement, the advertising platform may append identifiers to the address you arrive on, for example msclkid, gclid or utm_source. When you then follow a partner link, a small script in the page copies those identifiers onto the destination address so that the advertiser can attribute the visit to the correct campaign.

This happens entirely inside your browser, in the address bar. Nothing is read from your device, nothing is stored, and we receive no report back. The identifiers were already in the address you arrived on; we pass them on rather than collecting anything new. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest, and the advertiser’s, in correct attribution of advertising spend.

3. What we do not process

• No cookies. Not necessary ones, not analytics ones, not advertising ones.
• No localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or Cache Storage. The site’s one JavaScript file contains no storage API call at all.
• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Plausible, no server-side analytics product, no heat-mapping, no session recording.
• No advertising pixels or conversion tags of any kind in these pages.
• No fingerprinting. We do not read canvas, fonts, screen metrics or device characteristics.
• No third-party requests. No web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social widgets. Everything the page loads comes from radovin.online.
• No forms and no newsletter. There is nothing here that could collect your name, address or payment details.
• No profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

4. Who else sees the data

• Our hosting provider operates the server on our behalf and therefore has access to the access logs described above. They act as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
• Our e-mail provider transports and stores correspondence sent to our address.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

5. When you leave through a partner link

A partner link takes you to a different company’s website. From the moment the destination page loads, that company’s privacy policy applies and not ours. Advertisers and affiliate networks commonly do set cookies and use tracking technologies in order to attribute a sale. We cannot control that and we do not receive their data about you — we are told only that a transaction occurred, in aggregate, for the purposes of commission. Read the destination site’s own policy before you continue.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including at any time and on grounds relating to your particular situation.

7. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz, or with the authority in your own country of residence.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 16. As we operate no account system and collect no submitted data, there is in practice nothing for a child to give us.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Plain HTTP requests are redirected to the encrypted version.

10. Changes

If we change what we process, we will change this page and update the effective date at the top. Because we do not collect contact details, we cannot notify you individually; the date at the top is the record.
