A contact form would have to collect and transmit your data, and would in practice mean adding scripts, spam protection and storage — exactly the things we have removed from this site. A plain e-mail address does the same job without us processing anything you did not choose to send. It also means your message goes directly to us and does not pass through a third-party form provider. This is the same reason you were not shown a cookie banner: see the cookie policy.
What to include
- Correcting an article: the page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. Our corrections procedure explains what happens next.
- Data-protection request: tell us which right you are exercising. Note the practical limitation described in section 6 of our privacy policy: we hold no identifier that links you to a log entry.
- Brand or advertiser enquiry: identify the product and the page concerned. We correct genuine errors; we do not remove accurate criticism.
- A problem with a product you bought: please contact the seller. We are not a shop, we are not party to your contract, and we cannot process a refund or a licence issue. See our terms of use.
